Interim Reports     

Mid-trimester interim reports will be sent home in October and January. These reports are a means of communicating your child’s progress half-way through the trimester.

Special subjects (Spanish,Library, Computer, Gym, Music) will issue independent progress reports to be distributed in conjunction with the mid-trimester reports. Parents may wish to contact the special subjects’ teachers at various times during the trimester to obtain more detailed reports of their child’s progress.

Trimester Reports

Trimester reports are distributed in December, March and June.

Students also receive special award certificates for academic achievement, good conduct, good effort and perfect attendance at the end of each Trimester during an Awards Assembly.

Notes:

Grades 1 -4 will receive letter grades.  Grades 5-8 will receive numerical grades. Special Subjects — Progress Code Grades.

Students who fail any major subjects or who are weak in an academic area will be required to attend Summer School.  Parents will be advised of this need after consultation with their child’s teacher.
