Objectives

The Parents Association is an important means of partnership between the parents and the school.  

Its aims are to:

  • Help parents and teachers acquire a profound appreciation of the ideals of Catholic education.
  • Promote cooperative participation in raising funds for the school.
  • Promote clear understanding of the mutual educational responsibilities of the parent and teacher.
  • To study the neighborhood’s environmental conditions which influence children’s behavior.

Membership

The Association is led by its Committee with the following officers:

  • President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Committee Members.

All parents are, by definition, members of the Association.

Meetings

Association meetings are held four times throughout the year.

Either the Principal or a Guest Speaker will address the Association. 

Attendance at these meetings is important.
